APPLICATION AND INTERVIEW

You will receive the results of the entrance/scholarship examination in early December.  Any applicant offered a place in Villa Maria’s Class of 2015 may reserve that spot with a deposit or call and schedule an information session with the Admission Director.  These sessions are not mandatory but may allow you and your parents to receive information about Villa Maria’s offerings and answer any questions that you may have.

TRANSFER STUDENTS:
Villa Maria Academy welcomes transfer students into 10 th and 11 th grades each year.  Transfer applicants must be in good standing at their present schools.  Interested students must complete an application, including a release of records and recommendation from a teacher and/or counselor.  Once the application file is complete, qualified candidates will meet with the Director of Admission; this interview can be scheduled by contacting the Admission Office at 610-644-2551 extension 1020.

REGISTRATION

Once your deposit is received, registration papers will be sent to your attention.  Please complete these forms as quickly as possible and return them to the Admission Office.  In the past, we have had to place students in our waiting pool so it is wise to send in your deposit and complete the registration process as soon as you have made your decision.
