Global Connect Alert System to be tested in May. A phone and email alert system will be tested at VMA this May. It will be used during the 2008-09 school year. In an effort to effectively test our phone, cellular, work and email addresses for parents, we have included a form for you to download and update your information. The test for the school community will occur in mid May. You will receive an automated phone test message and email and the test date will be announced through edline mailings. You may choose to update your phone numbers and emails at this time and we ask that you fax or return the form to the homeroom teacher by May 1, 2008. We Want You For The New Alumnae Directory!
Villa Maria Academy is going to introduce a comprehensive directory of our alumnae. The contents of the directory will be divided into four sections: Biographical, Geographical, Class Roster, and most importantly the Introductory Section showcasing the school's history and events. All efforts will be made to contact alumnae via phone, email and mail to obtain and verify biographical information. Villa Maria has contracted with Alumni Research, Inc. to collect and compile the information into a hardbound, library quality volume and an online community. This directory will be made available to Villa Alumnae only. It is a limited edition press run and offered only one time.

Alumni Research, Inc. will soon be contacting those who have provided current telephone numbers and addresses to verify biographical information. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated as we make every effort to keep you informed about your classmates as well as the present and future of your alma mater.
