Juniors from Honors French 3 and 4 visited the Strawberry Bakery in Frazer with Mme. Goddard for a pastry lesson. Pastry chef and owner Jean-Pierre Bournazel taught students how to make croissants, mini baguettes, petits pains, and how to decorate with chocolate. The French Honor Society organizes this event each year. Students brought home the French pastries they made.
