French Class Teams Compete with Wedding Cakes

As part of their cultural lesson on wedding ceremonies in France and the Francophone world, Madame Goddard’s French 3CP students worked in groups to create “pièces montées” (French wedding cakes) traditionally made with cream puffs. Faculty and staff were invited to stop by to taste the results and vote for the best cake based on judged the cakes on:  presentation, creativity, and taste. Twenty eight 28 judges enjoyed their work, and chose the following winners:
