Art Show Highlights Color and Creativity

Bright color filled the lobby of the Marian Center as art students displayed their work from the year at the annual Spring Art Show on April 27.
Seniors and AP Art students each had a display board of multiple works. Work from the other classes was displayed throughout the center.
Students worked in a broad range of media, including oil and acrylic paint, watercolor, pen and ink, pencil, pastel, charcoal, and collage. Pieces included ceramics, landscapes, large self portraits, studies of flowers, and colorful Cubist paintings.
