Students gathered outside on Tuesday, April 27, for what they thought was May Procession practice. When a police car arrived and student council executive officers jumped out and fired off confetti cannons, they learned that it was actually the fourth annual Sorella Day! Classes were cancelled and a day of fun and games followed.
Students enjoyed games on the track and turf fields and in the gym, a magic show, and a dance party on the convent lawn. Sorella means sister in Italian, and at Villa it means a day to celebrate sisterhood, friendship, and fun.
Thank you to the Student Council for creating a great day for everyone despite the pandemic!
