Human Resources Manager

The role of the Human Resources Manager is to manage the Human Resources and benefits for the employees of the school as the HR coordinator.  This includes all contracts, job postings and descriptions updates, health and insurance benefits, general HR duties including onboarding/offboarding, lead management of the HR portal (iSolved), and assist in training staff in HR related matters.  As a member of the VMA community, the individual supports and fosters the mission and core values of Villa Maria Academy.

College Counselor

The College Counselor collaborates with the faculty, staff, parents, administration, and external supports. Director of Technology

The Director of Technology (DOT) provides leadership and vision for the school’s information technology both from an instructional and administrative perspective. The director is responsible for aligning technologies to the needs of the school and personnel to increase efficiency and workflow while protecting users and data from threats. The DOT is seen as an ambassador of the technology program and manages vendor and school relationships for the overall branding and mission of the school. Guitar Teacher

Villa Maria is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guitar Teacher to teach sections of Guitar classes. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching guitar to students of varying ages and skill levels and be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, providing classroom-setting instruction, and fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
