Villa Maria Academy is planning their strategy for 2027-2032

 

Villa Maria Academy is working with Partners in Mission to create a new strategic plan to maximize the Villa experience for current and future students. This process began in August 2026, and we are now asking our community to participate in this new initiative by submitting the survey below. Every voice matters!

Basic Timeline with Key Dates

April 2026 Planning begins during initial meeting with consultant
April – September 2026

Survey created, sent, and summarized; data gathered; Process clarified and established; Steering Committee (SC) built; Promotion

May 2027 Ratification of strategic plan by Board
May - July 2027 Implementation process
August 2027-August 2032 Plan executed and celebration on successful achievement of the vision, objectives, and goals!
