In June 2025, a group of adventurous Villa Maria students participated in an eco-learning and discovery trip in Hawaii. Activities included volunteering to clear land for the Maui Culture Land Preserve Trust, swimming with sea turtles near the Molokini Crater, exploring a coral reef, touring the Maui Aquarium, hiking through the Lao Valley, and more. The group ended their trip with Mass at Christ the King Catholic Church. Students were led by two amazing Villa teachers, Ms. Amy Keglovits and Sister Mary Jo.
