Online Open House and Information Session
Prospective students and their parents are invited to view our Online Open House. For more information about Villa Maria’s offerings and to answer any questions you may have, prospective students and their parents are welcome to schedule an individual call, meeting, or individual campus tour by contacting our Admissions Office. In order to address your interests and needs, we respectfully request that you submit an application before scheduling an information session.
Application Process and Required Documents
- Entrance Exam
Villa Maria administers the High School Placement Test (HSPT) as our Entrance-Scholarship Exam. If a freshman applicant missed the Entrance-Scholarship Exams offered in October, a make-up Entrance Exam can be scheduled by contacting Jessica Siso, Assistant Director of Enrollment Management, at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the applicant has taken the HSPT in person at another school, they are welcome to provide those scores to Villa Maria.

- Applicant Recommendation Form
Give our Applicant Recommendation Form to your 7th or 8th grade math or English teacher. The teacher should send the completed recommendation to our Admissions Office.
- Request for Release of Information Form
Give our Request for Release of Information Form to your current school. The school should send a copy of the information requested to our Admissions Office.
- 8th Grade Report Card
Ask your current school to send a copy of your 8th grade 1st quarter/trimester report card to our Admissions Office as soon as it is available.
- Financial Aid
Villa Maria offers financial aid through Marian Grants to families who demonstrate financial need, complete the necessary application, and submit the required forms by the deadline. Villa Maria uses the online service Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) to process financial aid applications. It is best to complete the process by November 30, 2020. Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
