Villa Maria’s application deadline is November 11, and candidates are notified of acceptance in early December. We welcome inquiries and applications after the initial deadline. Please contact us with any questions about applying to Villa Maria.
Villa Maria administers the High School Placement Test (HSPT) as our Entrance–Scholarship Exam. Eighth graders may take the exam on Sunday, October 18, or Saturday, October 24.
Application and Required Documents
- Complete our Online Application by Wednesday, November 11.
- Give our Applicant Recommendation Form to your 7th or 8th grade math or English teacher. The teacher should send the completed recommendation to our Admissions Office by Wednesday, November 11.
- Give our Request for Release of Information Form to your current school. The school should send a copy of the information requested to our Admissions Office by Wednesday, November 11.
- Ask your current school to send a copy of your 8th grade 1st quarter/trimester report card to our Admissions Office as soon as it is available.
Prospective students and their parents are welcome to schedule an information session by contacting our Admissions Office. The information session is not mandatory but allows you to gather more information about Villa Maria’s offerings and ask any questions that you may have. In order to allow our Admissions Office to address your interests and needs, we respectfully request that you submit an application before scheduling an information session.
