Villa Maria welcomes transfer students in the 9th, 10th, and 11th grades each year. Transfer applicants must be in good standing at their present schools.
Prospective students and their parents are invited to attend our Open House, typically scheduled in mid-October. They can also contact the Admissions Office to schedule an individual tour.
All applicants must complete our online application. You will be asked to create an account, which will enable you to save and return to forms in progress and print your form history.
- School Records: Submit a release of records form to the applicant’s current school. This form allows a copy of the applicant’s academic record, including standardized testing results, to be forwarded to Villa Maria’s Admissions Office. A copy of the applicant’s current roster should also be forwarded to Villa Maria’s Admissions Office.
- Recommendations: Submit two recommendation forms — one to a teacher and one to a counselor.
Once the application file is complete, qualified candidates will meet with a member of the Admissions Office. The interview allows the applicant and her parents to gather more information about Villa Maria’s offerings and ask any questions that they may have. The interview can be scheduled by contacting the Admissions Office.
We strongly recommend that transfer candidates shadow a current student through a typical school day before a final decision is made. The visit day can be scheduled by contacting the Admissions Office.
