Tuition
Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year is $29,000.
Sibling Discount
Younger siblings receive a 10% tuition discount while their older
sister is enrolled.
Payment Options
- Villa Maria offers a number of different payment options. Tuition is paid through FACTS, a tuition management service. Payment options include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans.
- Parents with 529 savings plans may now use those accounts to help pay for K-12 tuition at an elementary or secondary public, private, or religious school up to $10,000 per year, per beneficiary. Account owners can treat qualified K-12 withdrawals as qualified expenses for federal and Pennsylvania state tax purposes. To learn more about 529 plans, see the PA 529 website.
Financial Aid
We understand that investing in a Villa Maria education for your daughter may take planning and consideration, and we are here to answer your questions, offer resources, and provide assistance along the way.
- Villa Maria offers financial aid through Marian Grants to families who demonstrate financial need.
- Complete the necessary application and submit the required forms by the deadline, November 5, 2025. Villa Maria uses the online service Clarity to process financial aid applications.
Financial Aid Application Timelines
For the Class of 2030 and transfers applying for the 2026-27 school year, Clarity will be open and available for applications on September 2, 2025.*

Scholarships
Villa Maria awards scholarships recognizing the abilities of students in academics, character and spirit, science, and the arts.
Villa's Class of 2025 received $21.1 million in scholarships.
Villa Maria's 2025 graduating class is attending 62 different colleges and universities in 22 states, the UK, and Canada.
Villa offers a 10 to 1 student-teacher ratio.
Small classes at Villa Maria ensure strong teacher-student relationships and individualized attention and learning. Villa's wide variety of activities, clubs, and sports offers involvement to match every interest.

Family Application Information Webinars:
Clarity is hosting Family Application Webinars this fall and they will cover the Clarity Application, including the new Enhanced Tax Verification (ETV) process. They have times broken out by time zone, however, any family can register for and attend any webinar they choose. Please note that webinars are recorded and will include an open Q&A with families.
