Tuition and Financial Aid

Tuition for 2017–18 is $20,800 and is subject to annual increases not to exceed 3.5%. Fees for 2017–18 are $1,050.

Younger siblings receive a discount of 10% off their tuition while their older sister is enrolled.

Villa Maria offers a number of different payment options. Tuition is paid through FACTS, a tuition management service. Payment options include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans.

Villa Maria offers financial aid through Marian Grants to families that demonstrate financial need, complete the necessary application, and submit the required forms by the deadline.

To be considered for financial aid for the 2018–19 school year, the Parents’ Financial Statement and required documents (copies of 2016 W-2 and U.S. 1040 tax return with all supporting documents) should be submitted by December 1, 2017, for incoming freshmen and February 2, 2018, for returning students. The application for the 2018–19 school year will be available on November 1, 2017. Decisions regarding financial aid will be released by the end of January for incoming freshmen and late February for returning students. All applications must be complete to be considered for financial aid.

Instructions for completing the Parents’ Financial Statement can be found at http://sss.nais.org. The School & Student Services by NAIS for Financial Aid processes the information and evaluates the financial need of the applicant.

Please note that divorced or separated parents must complete the required Parents’ Financial Statement either jointly or separately. Financial aid awards, in this instance, will be made after considering the financial resources of both parents.
