Theresa begins her first season as head coach at Villa Maria Academy. Previously, Theresa has coached at Shanahan High School (2014-2017), where she helped lead the team to their first state semifinal appearance in school history. Theresa is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, and CEO and Founder of Theresa Marie Consulting. As a former two-time All American lacrosse player in both midfield and defense from West Chester University, Theresa understands the need for mental toughness and grit to reach the next level of performance.
- Certifications: Certified Mental Performance Consultant from AASP; Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
- Degrees: Bachelors in Psychology from West Chester University; Masters in Kinesiology, the Psychology of Human Movement, Temple University
