COVID-19 2022-2023
Villa Maria offers the following information and recommendations, based on current CDC guidelines:
- STAY HOME WHEN SICK!
- PLEASE CALL THE SCHOOL NURSE IF YOUR DAUGHTER TESTS POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 AT 610-854-6143.
Guidance for Individuals Exposed to COVID-19
- Quarantining is no longer necessary.
- Watch for symptoms. Test at least 5 days after exposure.
- Symptoms include fever (100.2), cough, shortness of breath, body aches, severe fatigue and nasal congestion.

Guidance for Individuals Who Test Positive for COVID-19
- Students who test positive for COVID-19 should stay home for at least 5 days (day 0 is the day symptoms began).
- If you have a fever, continue to stay home until fever free for 24 hours without medication.
- Students can continue to wear a mask around others for 5 more days.
Return to School:
- Please take a picture of the positive COVID-19 test. Include student name, grade and date of test.
- Email COVID-19 test information to Mrs. Griffith at ngriffith@vmahs.org.
